Up Architects were appointed to do the planning and full detailed design for an extension to an Arts and Crafts style house in Beaconsfield.

As well as the large ground floor extension the project included a full and sensitive refurbishment of the existing house, a new swimming pool and pool house, a virtual golf club house and a full landscaping scheme.

We have recently agreed a contract sum of £1.8m with the contractor and the project is scheduled to go on site this year.
